The Wonders of Papaya Leaf
Papaya/Pawpaw apaya (Carica papaya) originates from tropical American countries. Today Papaya is cultivated in most tropical countries around the world. The Papaya with the Latin name carica papaya is called Paw Paw in Australia and New Zealand. This is in no way related to the Paw Paw in North America that has the Latin name asimina tribola, though both are medicinal plants.
Papaya leaf juice is claimed to have reversed cancer in many
people living on the Gold Coast in Australia. Harold W. Tietze in his book Papaya The Medicine Tree, describes how to make the juice and tells the stories of many cancer survivors who reportedly used the juice to get rid of their cancer.
The book contains the the following report that was published in the Gold Coast Bulletin. "PawPaw Cancer Plea Bears Fruit". Gold coast gardeners have responded to an appeal by cancer victims desperate to find supplies of pawpaw leaves. And the Gold Coast man who, 14 years ago, first exposed the leaves as a possible cure for cancer has been tracked down to a Labrador (Gold Coast) nursing home. The story of how Stan Sheldon cured himself of cancer by drinking the boiled extract of pawpaw leaves was first told in the Gold Coast Bulletin in 1978.
Now research in the United States has given scientific support to his claim, isolating a chemical compound in the pawpaw tree which is reported to be a million times
stronger than the strongest anti-cancer drug.
Mr Sheldon, says the discovery does not surprise him. "I was dying from cancer in both lungs when it was suggested to me as an old Aboriginal remedy" he said. "I tried it for two months and then I was required to have a chest x-ray during those compulsory TB checks they used to have. They told me both lungs were clear." "I told my specialists and they didn't believe me until they had carried out their own tests." "Then they scratched their heads and recommended I carry on drinking the extract I boiled out of the papaw leaves."
That was in 1962. The cancer never recurred. Since then Mrs Sheldon has passed the recipe onto other cancer victims. "Sixteen of them were cured," he said. Mr Sheldon's involves boiling and simmering fresh pawpaw leaves and stems in a pan for two hours before draining and bottling the extract. He said the mixture could be kept in a refrigerator though it may ferment after
three or four days."
"One man has been growing papaws and giving away the leaves to cancer victims ever since he read the Bulletin's original 1978 story about Mr Sheldon. "I have no doubt that it works," he said. "I know people walking around now who should have been dead according to their original cancer diagnosis. But the pawpaw treatment helped them to beat the cancer."
The recipe is as follows:
Wash and partly dry several medium-size papaya leaves. Cut them up like cabbage and place them in a saucepan with 2 quarts / litres of water. Bring the water and leaves to the boil and simmer without a lid until the water is reduced by half. Strain the liquid and bottle in glass containers. The concentrate will keep in the refrigerator for three to four days. If it becomes cloudy, it should be discarded.
The recommended dosage in the original recipe is 3 Tablespoons/ 50ml three times a day. It is recommended to read Papaya The Medicine Tree for the interesting stories of "incurable" people who have used this extract to beat their cancer, and for other medicinal uses of papaya.
A letter from R.J.W.:
"... I was inspired to send some leaves to a few people dying from cancer. The first, a banana grower aged 40, had two operations on his bladder for cancer which did not prevent metastasis. I placed him on a very simple diet consisting of zero junk food, fresh living food with no preservatives, white flour, sugar, colourings or additives and told him to "stuff a handful of pawpaw leaves into a saucepan and fill with water. Boil, simmer for one hour and drink it till it comes out of your ears." He did so and five weeks had no trace of cancer whatsoever."
The leaves have also been reported successful used when dried and ground. The astonishing effects of the pawpaw have also been proved in tests on mice. The results were very impressive; tumors found in humans were being injected in mice and during treatment with papaw were disappearing.
Pawpaw twigs contain acetogenins - active compounds that modulate the production of ATP in mitochondria of specific cells - which affects the viability of specific cells and the growth of blood vessels that nourish them.
A recent clinical study with over 100 participants showed that the pawpaw extract, containing a mixture of acetogenins, supports the body's normal cells during times of cellular stress. Since 1976 Dr. McLaughlin, professor at Purdue University, at the request of National Cancer Institute, lead a team of two other professors in studying the effectiveness of herbs on tumors.
Pawpaw proved to be the most effective out of about 3,500 plants. Dr. McLaughlin found around 50 biologically active ingredients in this plant. Acetogenins are the medically effective ingredients of this herb.
Acetogenins found in pawpaw have been shown to have
dramatic biological activity, being active against worms, some viruses, fungi, and many cancer cell lines. When compared with conventional chemotherapy agents, they have worked comparably in cell culture and animal studies, but at far lower concentrations and with almost no toxicity to host animals.
Dr. McLaughlin says that pawpaw is also effective in the fight against tumors, actually against any type of abnormalities which involve faster than normal cell growth. Pawpaw can be used as a support during Chemotherapy and radiation. Tests revealed that pawpaw makes these therapies more effective, and reduces their side effects.
"Pawpaw is very effective on its own. It typically doesn't need any supporting supplements. There are however, products that may be used in increasing the pawpaw's effectiveness. The products are Noni, Immune Stimulator, Colostrums, and Protease Plus (especially when fighting a digestive tract or intestinal tumor). However, pawpaw should not be used with any kind of thyroid stimulators (e.g.: KC-X) or with CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10).
For cancer patients taking Laetrile, it is important to consume paw paw and pineapple each day, as the natural enzyme strips the coating on the cancer cells, so that the B17 in the kernels can work."
Dengue Fever Remedy
I would like to share this interesting discovery from a classmate's son who has just recovered from dengue fever.
Apparently, his son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count drops to 15 after 15 liters of blood transfusion.
His father was so worried that he seeks another friend's recommendation and his son was saved. He confessed to me that he gave his son raw juice of the papaya leaves. From a platelet count of 45 after 20 liters of blood transfusion, and after drinking the raw papaya leaf juice, his platelet count jumps instantly to 135. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. So he asked me to pass this good news around.
Accordingly it is raw papaya leaves, 2 pieces just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like "Wong Low Kat". But it works.
*Papaya Juice - Cure for Dengue*
You may have heard this elsewhere but if not I am glad to inform you that papaya juice is a natural cure for dengue fever. As dengue fever is rampant now, I think it's good to share this with all.
A friend of mine had dengue last year. It was a very serious situation for her as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water has started to fill up her lung. She had difficulty in
breathing. She was only 32-year old. Doctor says there's no cure for dengue. We just have to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle. She already had 2 blood transfusion and all of us were praying very hard as her platelet continued to drop since the first day she was admitted.
Fortunately her mother-in-law heard that papaya juice would help to reduce the fever and got some papaya leaves, pounded them and squeeze the juice out for her. The next day, her platelet count started to increase, her fever subside. We continued to feed her with papaya juice and she recovered after 3 days!!!
Amazing but it's true. It's believed one's body would be overheated when one is down with dengue and that also caused the patient to have fever papaya juice has cooling effect. Thus, it helps to reduce the level of heat in one's body, thus the fever will go away. I found that it's also good when one is
having sore throat or suffering from heat.
Please spread the news about this as lately there are many dengue cases. It's great if such natural cure could help to ease the sufferings of dengue patients. Furthermore, it's so easily available. Blend them and squeeze the juice! It's simple and miraculously effective!

Bladder Problem & Gluten Intolerance?
Bladder Symptoms and Gluten Sensitivity -
Important Articles You Need to Read
ARE BLADDER PROBLEMS KEEPING YOU AWAY FROM THE ACTION?
THE SOLUTION MAY BE DIETARY CHANGES THAT ELIMINATE FOOD SENSITIVITIES.

It’s the problem no one wants to talk about, but we all know exists: that all-too-familiar feeling of urgency and pressure that means you had better get to a bathroom fast. It’s a BLADDER PROBLEM. The sales of big kid underwear, stress-incontinence pads, adult disposable briefs, and over-the-counter medications like Detro and Uristat make it apparent that bladder problems are unfortunately a common occurrence in many women and men throughout every stage of life.

Bladder issues run the gamut – extended bedwetting in children, frequency and urgency in young adulthood, stress incontinence after childbirth and continuing into the senior years, frequency/urgency syndromes in all ages, and bladder spasms or problems “going” in older men. Although these are fairly routine bladder issues, a surprisingly large number of people have more serious problems, including recurrent bladder infections, prostatitis (an inflammation of the prostate), or interstitial cystitis (IC - a chronic pain and urgency syndrome also known as painful bladder syndrome - PBS).

In many patients, urologists and primary care doctors may run tests without finding a discernable cause. Patients with continued symptoms are usually left with the option of taking medications such as Detrol, Ditropan, or Flomax, which sometimes create problems of their own, including side-effects such as urinary hesitancy. These medications also do nothing for the accompanying pain and burning that occur in diseases like IC, so patients with more severe symptoms often need to take narcotics and anti-anxiety medications. Medications like Pyridium (the active ingredient in Azo and Uristat) can help with discomfort temporarily, but are not meant to be taken long-term.
Could there be a common cause underlying many of these bladder problems? One strong possibility is unknown food sensitivities that trigger either an allergic response, an autoimmune response, or both. Clinical studies have shown that patients with chronic bladder discomfort often have elevated levels of histamine in their urine, as compared to those in control groups. Patients with chronic bladder discomfort also often show elevated SED rates, a measure of inflammation. Both of these findings indicate that environmental or food sensitivity, allergy, or other heightened immune response may be responsible for the symptoms they are experiencing. Another clue is that some patients experience total relief of symptoms when on I.V. fluids in the hospital, when too ill to eat solid food, or when following an allergen-elimination diet. Food sensitivities have also been implicated in bed-wetting in children, due to irritation of the urinary tract. Studies have shown that once food allergens are eliminated, the bed-wetting problem often ceases to be an issue.
In some people chronic inflammation and accompanying irritation may also indicate the existence of an autoimmune condition like Celiac Disease (CD), (also called Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy (GSE) or Celiac Sprue). People with CD experience toxicity when they ingest the proteins in wheat, barley, and rye, commonly known as gluten. CD and the chronic bladder disease IC often occur together, as reported by participants in support groups for both diseases. Among IC patients, many suffer gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas, bloating, discomfort, and diarrhea. Although such symptoms are often diagnosed as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), it is possible that at least some portion of people with a diagnosis of IBS are actually experiencing a reaction to eating wheat and other gluten-containing grains. According to published studies, IC is present in 40-60% of patients diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and 38% of patients with IC have also been diagnosed with IBS. It seems reasonable that patients with IBS symptoms should be screened for celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. One reason that this may not have been the case is that in the past celiac disease was considered to be rare, mostly affecting young children, and was thought to have a narrow range of symptoms and diagnostic criteria. This is simply no longer the case. The incidence of gluten-intolerance is growing, and symptoms in both celiac disease and non-celiac gluten-sensitivity vary widely and are known to affect all age groups.
The gluten sensitivity/bladder sensitivity connection is not well known. Until I discovered it mysel by years of trial and error, I would not have beliveved it to be possible. Since my diagnosis with gluten intolerance, and my subsequent recovery from interstitial cystitis on a glutenfree diet, I have learned that I am far from alone in making this connectin Recently I wrote about my experiences in healing from interstitial cystitis and other health problems on a gluten-free diet, and published the article on a popular celiac suppor website. The response I recevied was overwhelming. People wrote to me from all over the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom. Moms wrote about their children, young women wrote about recovering from bladder discomfort, and many older women wrote to say that they no longer suffer from stress incontinence. All of the people responding to my article discovered the same phenomenon that I had: excluding wheat and other gluten-containing grains reduced or eliminated their bladder symptoms, which ranged form childhood beswetting to incontinence in seniors Could avoiding gluten really be the answer for thousands of peope who suffer daily from bladder pain, urgency, frequency and incontinence?
These are some of the many comments I received:
"I did not have bladder irritation or infection, but I did have stress incontnence. I was told that was "normal" for a 60 year old woman. When I went gluten-free 5 years ago, my incontinence disappeared."
"I can actually plan to leave the house now, where I couldn't before without a serious map to all the bathrooms in all the stores on the route".
"I suspected a connection. Celiac is in my family - I asked for testing - they said I wasn't thin enough. FInally I went gluten-free on my own. This clearead up my constant UTI's, hives on my legs and lower abdomen, bleeding gums, and all the intestinal distress! It's been 15 months now and I'm feeling better each day. Many of us with bladder and gastro-intestinal problems can relate to these experiences.
A significant number of people who suffered from IC, a very painful, progressive bladder disease for which there is no cure nor a highly effective treatment, have experienced healing on a gluten-free diet. Because this disease has impacted me personally, I have been collecting such stories for several years, and included them in the article I wrote. These are a few of many anecdotes I have collected over the past few years:
“I have had IC for over a decade. I have been on a gluten free diet for over six years and that has been the only thing that has given me any relief from IC. I no longer take any meds at all – I haven’t even been to a doctor for IC in several years. I would definitely suggest anyone with IC give it a try. It definitely gave me my life back.”
“My IC came first in 1995 and the long road to being diagnosed with Celiac lasted 9 more years. Finally, I'm beginning to heal.”
“I have both IC and a wheat allergy, which I ignored and was paying the price with the severe pain with IC. Absolutely nothing was working and no doctor would hear of it being related. Several have told me that diet would not solve anything...That was until my experience with dermatitis (Dermatitis Herpetiformis, a variant of Celiac Disease) forced me to be gluten-free and it has completely stopped the IC pain. It's nothing short of a miracle to have my life back.”
My own research has shown that the body's response to gluten can cause mouth, lip, and tongue ulcers, esophagitis, deterioration of teh intestinal villi (which leads to malabsorption of nutrients), and pain and inflammation in the illio-cecal junction (the area where the small and large intestine join and in the pelvic and abdominal regions of the body. Is it any wonder that this destructive process also affects the mucosa lining the bladder? Doesn't it make sense that pelvic and lower abdominal inflammation surrounding the bladder can produce both urgency and frequency? A physician wrote to me recently, stating,
"My wife suffered for years with severe, incapacitating interstitial cystitis. In 2003 she was diagnosed with celiac disease. Since beginning a gluten-free diet, her interstitial cystitis has pretty much disappeared. I looked through the literature and found little over the years, but as a clinician, the anecdotal evidance has been impressive. Why not the bladder mucosa? Celiac disease seems to stimulate autoimmune reactions just about everywhere else!"
Is there a downside to excluding gluten from our diets? Following a gluten-free diet can be more expensive, especially if relying on ready-made gluten-free products. However, eating gluten-containing grains is not necessary from a nutritional perspective – cultures around the world have thrived for thousands of years without them, and alternative grains contain many of the same nutrients, including protein, fiber, B-vitamins, and minerals iron, magnesium, and zinc. A gluten-free diet is based on the same principles as any healthy diet: a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, alternative whole grains, protein sources, and healthy fats. Brown rice, wild rice, corn, buckwheat and quinoa are easy substitutes for wheat, barley, and rye. Less-familiar non-gluten grains include sorghum, teff, and amaranth, which are staples in Africa and Latin America. Your local natural foods grocery store is a great source of these items, sold as whole grains or flours. Many of Bob’s Red Mill grains and flours are tested for gluten content and labeled gluten-free.
My own health has improved so much on a gluten-free diet that I was inspired to make a career change from hospital nurse to celiac disease and gluten intolerance educator. I write and publish a resource guide, offer individual counseling to clients new to a gluten-free diet, teach cooking classes, and write numerous articles for websites and local health magazines (see www.glutenfreechoice.com). One of the questions I see often is, “How long does it take for bladder symptoms that are related to gluten sensitivity to resolve on a gluten-free diet?” This depends on how severe the problem is, and how long it has persisted. Some people actually begin to feel better in a matter of a few days, others take a month or more. Complete healing may even take several years in adults, less time in children. The good news is that trying out a gluten-free diet is relatively easy, and there is a wealth of resources available to the consumer on this topic. If you feel better on a three-week trial of a gluten-free diet, then maybe it’s the answer you’ve been looking for. Be sure to let your doctor know if you are sensitive to gluten. Gluten-sensitivity has implications for autoimmune diseases, intestinal health, and even neurological and mental-health issues. Celiac disease increases the risk of developing diabetes and colo-rectal cancer. Men with urological issues or chronic pelvic pain should always be screened by their doctor for enlargement of the prostate and for prostate cancer. Wheat is one of the most common items in our food supply, both in products we can clearly identify, such as bread, pasta, and snack foods, and in products where wheat is a “hidden” ingredient, such as in baked beans, mustard, and soups. Gluten (wheat and all wheat relatives, barley, rye, and anything made from them) is one of the first food triggers to suspect when ruling out sensitivities that precipitate bladder symptoms. Other food allergies and sensitivities tend to occur along with gluten sensitivity, since the gut is often quite damaged. This allows proteins to leak through into the bloodstream before they are fully broken down into amino acids, which triggers antibody production to many common allergens. Eggs, soy, dairy, and cane sugar are common offenders in people with gluten-induced bladder sensitivity.
It is important to know that spelt, faro, triticale, and kamut are all wheat relatives that contain gluten. Oats do not contain gluten, but are often cross-contaminated when grown on the same fields where stray wheat kernels have also germinated and grown, or when milled in the same facilities. Some people also react to the oat protein avenin similarly to gluten.

ESSIAC
Essiac Tea is one of the most popular alternative treatments for cancer. It has a strong word-of-mouth reputation with many testimonials claiming its ability to cure cancer. Essiac Tea was developed by a Canadian public health nurse named Rene Caisse (Essiac is Caisse spelled backwards). The original formula was based on an herbal tea developed by an Ojibwa Indian medicine man. Caisse reportedly treated her aunt's cancer with the tea. In 1924, she opened a clinic and began treating cancer patients with the herbal mixture.
The four main herbs that make up Essiac are Burdock Root, Slippery Elm Inner Bark, Sheep Sorrel and Indian Rhubarb Root. Other versions of the tea include Native Legend Tea, FlorEssence, Vitalitea, Tea of Life, and Herbal Essence, which contain additional herbs including watercress, blessed thistle, red clover, and kelp.
Essiac, given its name by Rene Caisse ("caisse" spelt backwards), consists of four main herbs that grow in the wilderness of Ontario, Canada. The original formula is believed to have its roots from the native Canadian Ojibway Indians.
Many believe Rene Caisse (pronounced "reen case") is one of the greater heroines of the past century. This modest Canadian nurse discovered a natural herbal formula she took no money for it and died in relative obscurity.
Rene didn't feel herself a writer so she never wrote an autobiography. She did, however, write a series of articles entitled "I Was Canada's Cancer Nurse" which was published in the seventies with Bracebridge Examiner. Additionally, a collection of her writing and interviews was published posthumously in the Bracebridge Examiner.
She wrote a brief biography of her family and their settlement in Bracebridge. Read here
"There are the kind of people that I belonged to, my home was a happy and a Christian home, where the love and respect of our fellow man meant more to us than riches. That is why I did not make a charge for "Essiac Treatments", and consequently was not in a position to fight in the courts for my rights. So, when the College of Physicians & Surgeons sent their Police to threaten my many times, with arrest and jail, I gave up the unequal batter, and stopped treating Cancer patients."
Great Discovery
In the 1920s Rene encountered a prospector's wife who survived breast cancer. She tells the story below.
Head Nurse, Rene Caisse
In the mid-twenties [1920's] I was head nurse at the Sisters of Providence Hospital in a northern Ontario town. One day one of my nurses was bathing an elderly lady patient. I noticed that one breast was a mass of scar tissue, and asked about it.
"I came out from England nearly 30 years ago." she told me. "I joined my husband who was prospecting in the wilds of Northern Ontario. My right breast became sore and swollen, and very painful. My husband brought me to Toronto, and the doctors told me I had advanced cancer and my breast must be removed at once. Before we left camp a very old Indian medicine man had told me I had cancer, but he could cure it. I decided I'd just as soon try his remedy as to have my breast removed. One of my friends had died from breast surgery. Besides, we had no money."
An Ojibway Native probably like the Indian who visited the Englishwoman
She and her husband returned to the mining camp, and the old Indian showed her certain herbs growing in the area, told her to make a tea from these herbs and to drink it every day. She was nearly 80 years old when I saw her and there had been no recurrence of cancer. I was much interested and wrote down the names of the herbs she had used. I knew that doctors threw up their hands when cancer was discovered in a patient; it was the same as a death sentence, just about. I decided that if I should ever develop cancer, I would use this herb tea.
About a year later I was visiting an aged retired doctor whom I knew well. We were walking slowly about his garden when he took his cane and lifted a weed. "Nurse Caisse," he told me, "if people would use this weed there would be very little cancer in the world." He told me the name of the plant. It was one of the herbs my patient named as an ingredient of the Indian medicine man's tea!
A few months later I received word that my mother's only sister had been operated on in Brockville, Ontario. The doctors had found she had cancer of the stomach with a liver involvement, and gave her at the most six months to live. I hastened to her and talked to her doctor. He was Dr. R.O. Fisher of Toronto, whom I knew well because I had nursed patients for him many times. I told him about the herb tea and asked his permission to try it under his observation, since there was apparently nothing more medical science could do for my aunt. He consented quickly. I obtained the necessary herbs, with some difficulty, and made the tea.
My aunt lived for 21 years after being given up by the medical profession. There was no recurrence of cancer. Dr. Fisher was so impressed he asked me to use the treatment on some of his other hopeless cancer cases. Other doctors heard about me from Dr. Fisher and asked me to treat patients for them after everything medical science had to offer had failed. They too were impressed with the results. Several of these doctors asked me if I would be willing to use the treatment on an old man whose face was eaten away, and who was bleeding so badly the doctors said he could not live more than 10 days.
"We will not expect a miracle," they told me. "But if your treatment can help this man in this stage of cancer, we will know that you have discovered something the whole world needs desperately — a successful remedy for cancer." My treatment stopped the bleeding in 24 hours. He lived for six months with very little discomfort.
Native Legend Tea
Today we can also enjoy the benefits of ESSIAC from Native Legends Tea marketed by Unicity Marketing.
Native Legend tea contains 10 types of herbs Burdock, Holly Thistle, Kelp, Red Clover, Sheep Sorrel, Slippery Elm, Turkish, Rhubarb, Water Cress. As the name indicates, Native Legend Tea has its roots in a Native American herbal recipe. The Indians of long ago literally picked their own medicines, and their apothecaries were the fields around them. This particular combination of herbs was used for its remarkable wholesome benefits. Burdock is the main ingredient in Native Legend Tea.

Many of us do not have the slightest idea of how to maintain good health. When illness strikes, we rely on our doctors to cure us. What we fail to realize is that The cure comes from within. Nature has provided us with a wondrous immune system and we have to take proper care of this inner healing force.
Our modern lifestyle has taken us off the right track with fast food, junk food, processed food, drug dependencies, smoking and alcohol abuse, a polluted environment and high tech stress-load the body with impurities and overburden its eliminatory processes and gradually weaken our immune system. Our body becomes susceptible to all kind of modern ailments.
NATIVE LEGEND TEA is one of the best cleanser or blood purifier and a nourisher that benefit the immune system. It is wholesome and aids in strengthening the body. It can reduce swelling around joints and helps rid calcification deposits. It improves kidney functions to help clear the blood of harmful acids.
It also aids the pituitary gland in releasing an ample supply of protein to help adjust hormone balance in the body. A poorly nourished pituitary gland is sometimes responsible for over weight.
NATIVE LEGEND TEA has the ability to neutralize stomach acidity and to absorb foul gases. It acts as a buffer against irritation and inflammation of the Mucus Membranes and assists the activity of adrenal glands, which helps to send a stream of blood building substances through the system.
This native herbal recipe consists of four natural herbs, burdock root, slippery elm bark, sheep sorrel leaf and turkey rhubarb root that are totally non-toxic. They are all either organically grown or wild-crafted. Each of these herbs is renown for their healing properties. However, it appears to be the synergistic effect of the blended herbs that produces the amazing curative power.

BRAless?
Do you wear bra for the whole day and even at home? I think we should go bra-free after reading this article. It's a message for your health. Please pass this to all female friends you know. I think it's important to be aware of the following facts...
For years, a lot of articles with regards to the causes of breast cancer point to an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise as the major links to this disease which happens to be the biggest killer among women during these last two decades.
These studies would have been most credible if it were not for the fact that several women including Linda McCartney who have been religious vegetarians and exercise- freaks have also been unfortunate in suffering breast cancer.
Perhaps the most convincing article I have ever read with regards to this matter is one which links breast cancer to the wearing of bras. In the 'Bra and Breast Cancer Study' in the United States , It was discovered that women with breast cancer had a history of sporting tighter and longer bra-wearing than did the women who had not (yet) developed the disease.
In fact, virtually the entire cancer group wore bras over 12 hours. When a woman wears a tight bra, she subjects her breasts to pressure, closing off the lymphatic pathway from the breast to the nodes. This causes fluid built-up swelling, tenderness and cyst formation. Toxins must be flushed out via the lymphatic. However, a bra-constricted breast cannot adequately perform this cleansing process, resulting in toxin accumulation in the breast.
Truthfully, bras are creating droopy, weak breasts....the breast relies on the bras for artificial support; the body loses its ability to support the breast by itself. This is why many women feel uncomfortable without the bra.
What is the solution to breast cancer then? DON'T WEAR A TIGHT BRA! And maybe sleep without them..
There is a remarkable success rate for recovery from fibrocystic breast disease within 10 days to two weeks of going bra-free.. Many women have tried going bra-less and recorded
a miraculous improvement in their health! Bra burning is no longer a feminist issue....It is now a battle between life and death. We should make others more aware of the hazards of wearing them......
To create awareness Malaysian Women welfare organization declare Sundays as Bra free day in Malaysia .
*woot, men would be happiest on Sundays.
On lymp nodes, how do we clear toxins from the lymphatic? Luckily there is a few ways we can do this without taking out your bra. One way is to visit a chinese doctor who will give you herbs to drink.
The other way is taking Native Legend Tea. You may purchase this tea from Unicity (previously known as Enrich) On my next post you may read more about the benefits and the story behind this marvelous tea.

Stop HEADACHE!
Breathing Therapy
The nose has a left and a right side;
we use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different;
you would be able to feel the difference.
The right side represents the sun, left side represents the moon.
During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go?
If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.
Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.
Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.
Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster?
Left or right?
If left is faster, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.
This can be taught to kids, but it is more effective when practiced by adults.
My friend used to have bad headaches and was always visiting the doctor.
There was this period when he suffered headache literally every night, unable to study.
He took painkillers, did not work.
He decided to try out the breathing therapy here: closed his right nose and breathed through his left nose.
In less than a week, his headaches were gone! He continued the exercise for one month.
This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that he has experienced.
So, why not give it a try?

A MIRACLE DOCTOR
DO YOU HAVE A SICKNESS THAT IS INCURABLE?
DO YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE OR RELATIVE WHO IS IN THEIR FINAL STAGE?
DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?
I DO.
MIRACLES DO HAPPEN.
YOU CAN MAKE A MIRACLE HAPPEN IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN MIND BEFORE YOU READ THIS.
Few months ago, my Mom's friend who is in his 60's heard of a certain "Miracle Doctor", in Chinese my Mom calls him "San Yee" literally translated as "God Cure", who practises homeopathy in Kota Kemuning.
My mother's friend had a knee problem, an injury from playing football when he was young causing discomfort and pain when he walks.
Uncle is quite skeptical about a lot of things, he has to see to believe.
But he went to see the doctor.
All The Miracle Doctor did was to cut uncle's knee with a surgery knife and removed the blood clots and whatever not toxics from uncle's knee.
The simple surgery DID NOT require any wound surgery stitches like your normal hospital surgery procedure.
After 2 weeks, uncle's knee completely healed without taking any drug or antibiotic. In fact, patients were asked to have a meal right after the surgery.
After seeing uncle's knee, myself, mom and bro-in-law were still skeptical. I guess it is normal for people to not believe until they see with their own eyes.
My mother has diabetes, back pain and left foot pain.
Curious about The Miracle Doctor, she woke up very early one morning at 6am and went to see the doctor together with my bro-in-law.
There were about 100 people queuing up to get their numbers at 7am.
My Mom got her turn in the afternoon.
He told my mom she had a corn in her foot.
Mom being mom, she needs confirmation for that. So she went for an x-ray in another clinic.
Indeed, they found a horn-shaped corn in her left foot which was the cause of the pain.

Indeed, they found a horn-shaped corn in her left foot which was the cause of the pain.
She went back to the miracle doctor and was scheduled for a simple surgery.
Yesterday was mom's surgery.
Yesterday was mom's surgery.
Mom said the surgery was so simple, NO anaesthetic required, she DIDN'T even realize when he performed the cut on her foot and when the corn was removed from her foot.
This morning, Mom was walking around with the bandage on her left foot during breakfast and had her bandage removed at The Miracle Doctor's clinic.
There were no drugs, antibiotics, pills or cream given for the healing process. Everything will HEAL in a MIRACLE way.
Mom said The Miracle Doctor could cure EVERY SICKNESS, except for HIV, blood cancer and leukemia. He couldn't remove the blood from the patient, that is the only thing he could not do.
Now, seeing mom with my own eyes. I felt the need to share this with everyone I know.
1. I started with Trixie who has a friend in the final stage of lymph node cancer. I hope she will open her heart to have a last chance to save herself and STOP chemotheraphy.
2. I called Carrine next, her mom has some vision problem.
3. I told our company secretary Veronica about it and she will bring her mother-in-law who has back problem.

H20
How much water do you need a day?
Water is an important structural component of skin cartilage, tissues and organs.
For human beings, every part of the body is dependent on water.
Our body comprises about 75% water: the brain has 85%, blood is 90%, muscles are 75%, kidney is 82% and bones are 22% water.
The functions of our glands and organs will eventually deteriorate if they are not nourished with good, clean water.
The average adult loses about 2.5 litres water daily through perspiration, breathing and elimination.
Symptoms of the body's deterioration begins to appear when the body loses 5% of its total water volume.
In a healthy adult, this is seen as fatigue and general discomfort, whereas for an infant, it can be dehydrating.
In an elderly person, a 5% water loss causes the body chemistry to become abnormal, especially if the percentage of electrolytes is overbalanced with sodium.
One can usually see symptoms of aging, such as wrinkles, lethargy and even disorientation.
Continuous water loss over time will speed up aging as well as increase risks of diseases.
If your body is not sufficiently hydrated, the cells will draw water from your bloodstream, which will make your heart work harder.
At the same time, the kidneys cannot purify blood effectively.
When this happens, some of the kidney's workload is passed on to the liver and other organs, which may cause them to be severely stressed.
Additionally, you may develop a number of minor health conditions such as:
Constipation
Dry and Itchy skin
Acne
Nosebleeds
Urinary tract infection
Coughs
Sneezing
Sinus pressure
Headaches
So, how much water is enough for you?
The minimum amount of water you need depends on your body weight.
A more accurate calculation, is to drink an ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight.
Here is the calculation for your minimum water need per day.
To calculate take
((your weight x 2.2) / 2 / 15 ) x 450
To calculate take
((your weight x 2.2) / 2 / 15 ) x 450
Your weight | 45 | kg |
Requirement | 1485 | ml |
I NEED TO DRINK THIS AMOUNT OF WATER PER DAY
1.49 | liters |
YAY!
I only need to drink 1.49 liters a day!
That means my routine is enough.
Every morning, the minute I wake up, I will down 500ml. Before I leave the house, I drink another 500ml. So in the morning I would have drank 1 liter of water. During work, I will try to remember to drink another 1 liter. But I will need to run to the toilet at least 5 times a day during work.
So that makes it 2 LITERS!
